These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Nutriya AI mobile application, website, and related services (the "Service"), operated by Nutriya AI ("Nutriya," "we," "us," or "our").
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility

Nutriya provides calorie and nutrition tracking, AI-powered food recognition, goal setting, and related features. We may add, change, or remove features at any time, and some features may be available only with a paid subscription.

Nutriya is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Calorie estimates, nutritional values, portion sizes, food recognition results, and AI-generated recommendations are estimates and may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are provided for informational and tracking purposes only.
Consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet or exercise routine, especially if you have a medical condition, take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have an eating disorder or a history of one. You use the Service and rely on its information at your own risk.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
Some features may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are governed by the relevant store's terms and policies.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current period.
- You can cancel at any time in your app-store account settings.
- Prices and features may change, and we will give notice where required by law.
- Except where required by law or store policy, fees are non-refundable.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and content created by us, is owned by Nutriya or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the app for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

The Service relies on third-party providers such as app stores, cloud hosting, authentication, and AI providers. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services, which operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (see Section 11 of our Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or where required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim arose.
